Can’t QuickBooks do most of this?
Software helps process and organize activity. Joy brings professional context: reviewing whether the activity makes sense, investigating inconsistencies, and explaining the results. The value is in both the maintained records and the person paying attention.
Why pay monthly instead of cleaning up at tax time?
Ongoing attention gives you a dependable financial record throughout the year, while questions and discrepancies can be addressed as they arise. You also spend less owner time maintaining the books yourself.
Do I need Clarity to add payroll or receivables support?
No. Operational services are separately scoped and can accompany Foundation, Clarity, or Direction. Your tier describes your level of reporting and financial insight.
What if my books need cleanup first?
We’ll identify the historical work separately and explain how it fits with starting monthly service. If inspection is needed to determine scope, Joy will explain the $125 diagnostic, credited toward your engagement.
Is tax preparation included?
No. Tax preparation is separate from the monthly accounting packages.
